Allow pull proto files from buf.build

Hello, currently fetching proto files is only supported from git repositories. Since we don't wanna share access to our entire mono repository we are pushing the proto files from our pipeline to a buf.build repository. It would be awesome if gendocu supports fetching these proto files from there. Regards Alex
